Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return/exchange.
Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of arrivals for a return or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The Returns and Exchanges form must be filled out correctly and clearly. Please contact info@17sundays.com if you have not received this form. Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us. It is recommended to use a trackable service.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 10 days for your item to be processed.
To return merchandise for a refund, please send by registered mail to: 17 Sundays Returns, PO box 87, Moreland Post Office, 22 Sydney Road, Coburg, 3058, Victoria, Australia.
Returns with Afterpay:
If you have purchased with Afterpay we will happily accept your return. The payment plan will be cancelled if we receive your return before the first installment is due. – This means you will not have to pay a thing.
If the first installment has already been made when you return the items back to us we can cancel the rest of your payment plan and refund the initial payments you have made.
If you wish to return certain products from your order, we will remove these items from your payment plan. The original payment installments will remain the same however the final payments will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log into your Afterpay account at any time to review your payment status.
Sale Items:
We do not refund on sale items or discounted items so please choose carefully. We will happily exchange the item for something of the same value, or refund to a store gift card.
Exchanges:
If you would like to make an exchange please fill out our Returns & Exchanges form with your requests. We can exchange your returned item within 30 days of purchase.
Faulty Items:
Please contact our customer care team at info@17sundays.com if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
If your item is deemed faulty, 17 Sundays will do its best to replace the item or issue an immediate refund including shipping.
Please note all faulty items purchased outside of the 17 Sundays online store must be reported and returned to the same store. This is due to different returns and faulty procedures.
