This is a premium quality tee made to last (with a little T.L.C!) Linen is known for it's natural texture, supreme cooling properties and beautiful lustre. To prevent shrinkage wash in cool water (machine wash is fine) and remove from the machine as soon as it's washed. If it is left wet and crumpled for too long it will take on the creases. Never use bleach or harsh detergents.  Dry on a hanger or flat,  smoothing out the creases. You can use a warm iron if needed.  The more you wash your linen tee, the softer it will become over time and it will develop it's characteristic worn in drape and feel. Linen can naturally shrink 3-5% in the wash but don't worry, once you put it on,  the fibres will quickly warm up and relax again.
