COVID-19 Updates and Changes to Service
A note from the business owners:
Hey all, I’m sure you are receiving multiple updates from other businesses right now; however we wanted to touch base and have all the information available to you in the one place!
Like all small businesses, we are trying our best to navigate the current environment and put measures in place to keep trading safely. Have a question or want to reach out? We are available via Facebook and Instagram and will get back to you asap.
Please remember the courier companies and drivers on the front line of this crisis are under immense pressure. It has been like Christmas trading every day and they are doing their best under these unique circumstances. Let's remember to treat them kindly.
Moving forward, we will let you know as things change (which we're sure they will for foreseeable future). Thanks so much for your support during this time, as many brands are closing you are literally keeping us open and we can’t express our appreciation enough.

Changes to service:
Coburg Shop - At this stage we have closed the shop, office and warehouse to visitors. We will let you know when it is deemed to be safe for us to reopen to the public.
Express Post within Australia - Please allow for delays to Express Post; Australia Post will no longer guarantee express shipping within these timeframes for the immediate future.
General Post within Australia - We have been told to expect large delays to all parcels being shipped at this time; please allow for this when you are placing an order.
International shipping - Unfortunately, due to the extreme price rises, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
Stock Levels - We have been experiencing major delays clearing stock as our factories are not local delaying our original end of summer range and first of the autumn drops. We understand how frustrating this is and wish there was more we could do. However at this time, we have been told to wait it out and work with the items we have available to us now. We will advise as soon as we are able to restock some denim styles and start receiving new stock.
Returns / Exchanges - If you are returning a parcel domestic or international, we advise you to buy a tracking number service as the postal services are under extreme pressure and losing parcels at this time.
Due to the lock down in Melbourne we will be quarantine all parcels to protect our skeleton staff during this time. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT UP TO 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. This is very important as we will not be rushing through parcels during this time.
