ORDERS

Depending on the value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

17 sundays is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible via our 3PL. If you have made a mistake with the items, you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during sale and peak trading periods therefore 17 sundays cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the nominated email address attached to your order. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please check your junk folder before contacting us on info@17sundays.com

DELIVERY

Please check out the details under Delivery & Returns, we try to get these as accurate as possible but with CV-19 implications sometimes delays will occur.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your package.

We ship to NZ only now as the shipping costs to USA are prohibitively expensive right now due to CV-19. We will continue to assess this situation and hopefully can open back up again soon.

RETURN

Please review our Delivery & Returns for further information on our returns policy, and instructions on how to return.

At the moment we don’t offer free returns. All costs associated with returning items to 17 sundays from Australia or New Zealand are at the responsibility of the customer.

No, you can’t. 17 sundays does not hold stock or process any orders/returns at our Head Office, so our returns address is different from our Head Office address.

You are welcome to return purchases placed using Gift Card, this amount will be credited back to your gift card to re-purchase online. Under no circumstances can a Gift Card be reimbursed for cash.

Other than in the event of them being faulty sale items are final and cannot be returned for a cash refund. We will do a size swap or exchange the item for something of the same value, or for store credit. We recommend shopping sale items carefully to avoid disappointment, please get in touch with us if you need help with sizing or information on the garment before purchasing.

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, Paypal pay in 4, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and all credit cards. For Australian customers, we offer Afterpay For NZ customers we offer LayBuy

Afterpay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. All standard Delivery and Returns policies apply to Afterpay orders. Afterpay is available for Australian customers only. PayPal pay in 4 is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. PLaybuy is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 6 equal weekly instalments, all interest free. All standard Delivery and Returns policies apply to Laybuy orders. Laybuy is available for Australian, UK, NZ customers only. 17 sundays Gift Cards are an online e-voucher and will be sent via email to the nominated recipient. You can choose between different Gift Card values, and the recipient can use this on any item online at www.17sundays.com You will be refunded to a Gift Card if you purchase sale items. You can add your gift card to your Apple Wallet and scan the QR code when make a purchase. Your Gift Card balance never expires and can be used anytime.

Currency options on 17 Sundays.com are either in Australian (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

All online and wholesale orders are dispatched from our warehouse which is in Melbourne. Our Office is in Brunswick East.

We are stocked in 5 Zebrano stores throughout  NZ and will be adding more Australian wholesale partners to our stockist list for AW 22.
